ftdi232
I would like to know how to go about creating a custom rom compilation using Virtual Adam. Is there a method that will allow for using rom files that are larger than 32k? Thanks.
NIAD
Currently there is no support for using roms larger than 32K with Virtual Adam/Adamem.
ftdi232
Thank you for the information. Do you know how to create a compilation dsk with roms that are 32k or less with Virtual Adam/Adamem? Thanks again.
ftdi232
Thank you for the link Milli Vee. That's a great collection of roms. I'll have to try them out.
Kalidomra
If you are using the ADE, you can run the ROMS directly. But there is still the 32k limit.

If you are still looking to create your own CopyCart compilations, I posted a walkthrough years ago in another thread so you’ll have to use the Search function using CopyCart and or Dcopy as keywords. BTW, you won’t be able to use Virtual Adam to create such a CopyCart compilation as there is a known issue with mounting cart rom images and booting disk or DDP image files. You’ll have to use Adamem without the Virtual Adam front end.
ftdi232
Thank you Kalidomra for letting me know about that feature. Very helpful. Also, thank you NIAD for the tips. I'll have to try out Adamem without the front end and see what I can do with it. Thanks again.

I use it all the time with Adamem SDL v1.81.
