Songbird
After many years of wishful thinking, the Songbird website has finally completed a major overhaul. You can now browse items and add them to your shopping cart or wish list, create a user account, and use modern secure payment processing tools. I also have a blog which I will update periodically. Some particular items of interest: Inventory is now managed online, meaning items will go out of stock automatically when the last one is ordered. It isn't complete yet but it's better than the old manual system. I have set up all item quantities to be conservative to ensure I have them in stock at the moment. International customers can now select a couple of shipping options, depending on the weight of the order. International shipping ranges from $20-40, where $40 is insured and guaranteed but the cheaper options are not. USA customers remain at a flat $8 shipping for any order. Songbird Lynx games which support comlynx are now available in a discounted "duo" option, where you get two curved lip carts, one box, and one manual. This allows you to pick up a second copy for comlynx at a much better price. To celebrate, I've added some new items to the store including: Limited quantities of imported Telegames Jaguar and Lynx releases Limited quantities of SIMIS, T-tris, and Othello for the Lynx Take the new site for a spin, and let me know if you run into any glitches!
+madman
The new site looks great! Lots of great games for Lynx fans to pick up.
KevinMos3
Looks really good. I like the presentation. Won't be able to browse it over dialup anymore. I'll kinda miss the ol' site though. Looked the same for as long as there's been Songbird... or internet, really.
TrekMD
That's a fantastic update to the page!
Songbird
Thanks! Believe it or not, this is actually my third iteration of the Songbird site... anyone remember this classic logo from the original site? (You can actually see a B&W version of this in front of some older Songbird Lynx games) Bonus points: for anyone who ordered from Songbird via check or money order. Mega bonus points: you pre-ordered SFX in 1998 and had to wait until 1999 to receive it.
PFG 9000
I like the new site. And I do remember the old logo...it can't be THAT old...can it? I grabbed one of your copies of Othello. I can't imagine those will stick around too long. Thanks!

7800 2
What kind of cartridge is the Telegames Raiden?
Songbird
Good question; all Lynx carts are now curved lip releases. Eventually I will add cart pics to each product page so it's more obvious. For anyone who wants the old style black PCB releases as a collector's item, I still have a handful for a couple of games such as Championship Rally and Crystal Mines II: Buried Treasure. I will try to post those soon either on my site or on eBay, but also feel free to contact me directly if interested.
