A few years ago I scanned and made a PDF out of the entire Microsoft Multiplan Manual that would go quite nicely << HERE >>, especially now since anyone with a FinalGROM can run Multiplan too.

Now concerning the reference card and keyboard template, I do not remember if I made that or if someone else did it, either way it looks awesome, so I uploaded that too.

Searchable by partial description would be preferable to manaully looking through pages and pages of files in upteen different folders and subfolders.  Just an idea to put out there.

You can actually already do that. I just haven't figured out a good way to implement it on a webpage for use. but it should be in, in some fashion, in a few weeks (i only have time for the site on the weekends).

the manuals and the software I maintain in separate folders. Multiplan docs are: HERE

Oh, I didn't have the templates, so thanks.

All the software and it's docs are maintained in two seperate folders and pages. I'm starting to question the wisdom of that design and might put both software & docs in same folders under one heading.

my very long term goal is like the website Atarimania. separate page for each piece of software, books etc... but that will take a long time and many, many pages.

Added a new FAQ section. It links to some awesome resources for information on the TI99: arcadeshopper FAQ, nouspikel tech pages, ninerpedia and TI99/4a-pedia.

if you know of any other FAQ/wiki/resource that you think might be added to this page just let me know.

ADDED A SEARCH FUNCTION TO SEARCH ALL THE FILES! sorta.

Added a basic search function on the sidebar in Software and Documents. To search all files click the link to SEARCH to the LISTING.TXT text file at the top of the sidebar. Then use your browsers search function, with the text open, to find the file that you want to view or download.

note: I was going to use the build in search function in G-Drive but it turned out to crap. I would have had to make all kinds of changes to the permission and if you weren't logged in with a gmail account you could search at all. way too much trouble when the above way works just fine. only down side is i'll have to manually update the file each time I add files. but since I add files in large bulk, not really that much trouble at all. an added bonus is people can download the listing for offline searchs.

after i add a few more software files my next idea is a classroom page. this is where I lump together all the websites, videos, books etc.. on a subject such as learning GPL or Assembler or Forth. might also be a good place to put how best to play some games. an idea in formation.

found a bug in Kull's KXBII program that been driving me crazy for a while, the disk that had the KXBII on or a disk with a program I was using KXBII would go corrupt from time to time. What I found to fix this is before you save a program whilst running KXBII you need to do a CALL INIT. KXBII is like TML so it probably moves around disk buffers when running. CALL INIT seems to clear that up, or that is my theory anyway since there is no manual and I have been figuring it out as I go.

Also redone the Uno program that used KXBII to get color text. On the emulator it looked fine but on a real TI99 with a real monitor it look hideous. Color now look much better but it still doesn't look perfect on a LCD monitor using the standard AV from the TI99.

Added MyArc Extended BASIC II to MAME packages. Everything you need to run a full MyArcXBII in MAME or MESS. Must use version 221 and higher to work.

I have had this a while and seem to just forgot to add it to https://ti99resources.wordpress.com/

MyArcXBII is what, in my opinion, the 99/8 should have been; It accesses all the graphics of the TI99, including hirez, It's 2-3 times faster than TIXB and has 3 times the memory. It was a cartridge and a card, actually series of cards for the PEB to get the full power; the MyArc memory card and the MyArc disk drive/ hard drive card. Would have been rather expensive for the time to totally setup. But the MAME/MESS package has everything including the boot from the HD.

In the MyArcXBII directory I created yesterday I added a second version on MyArcXBII that also adds the capability to boot the PCard too. In MESS/MAME options-DIP switches turn on PCard to start the PCard after a hard-reset. Turn same switch OFF to go back to MyXBII.

Now we got both MyArcXBII, which is very much like TI99-8 XB, and PCard capabilities which also the 99-8 had. Only thing missing is the faster processor of the 99-8 ? and we got the 99/8. thanks to @mizapf for adding these great capabilities to MAME.

Side note, wish there was a side car that did these things, it would be awesome.

added an entry on my projects page for this.

Updated the Geneve MAME/MESS package with better documentation, a better OS boot drive, tested software and more stuff. I have it boot up with a green screen (I think it looks retro cool like that) and the packages that are installed have been tested to, mostly, work. Lots more documentation which the Geneve was sorely lacking. I steer away from TI99 emulation except XB and have stayed, mostly, with native Geneve software, of which there really is not much. The mouse in MAME sometimes works and sometimes doesn't in the Myart. A real system that 'could have been something'.

EDIT: all done! I have moved Emulation to it's own menu page. It was starting to get a bit big.

After thinking about it for a while I decided to focus on just the TI99 on TI99resources. So I am posting here the only two things that weren't TI99 the MAME packages: the 99/8,99/2,Tomy-Tutor and the Geneve. (OK, before someone says, 'the Geneve was TI-99', I don't see it that way. Yes, it used the TI99 PEB but you removed the TI99 out of the way to use the Geneve. It had it's own keyboard, audio and video. After you got the Geneve you could effectively toss your TI99 console.)

The reason I'm doing this is 1st; trying to support the TI-99 properly takes all my efforts on this website (I have just found an additional dozen or so games that I need to add this month) and adding these other systems at this time would just make the site more directionless. 2nd; since i like writing I have decided to publish a monthly (hopefully) article on the website on things TI-99. I have already got enough ideas for 2 years of articles on just the TI99 alone. The articles will be on stuff you probably wouldn't expect and sometimes would, stay tuned.

And 3rd, I'm already at almost 9gb of my free 15gb. I don't ever plan to use any money to keep this site active (I'm cheap) so adding the other systems might be a bit too much. I still have ideas for stuff I want to add or just the TI99.

Anyway, here are the MAME files I removed, below.
