atari 2600 pacman ad with false advertising

Did this ad air on TV?  I only remember the version with gameplay footage.   Wouldn't Atari get in trouble for false advertising with this?

I remember at one point they started putting disclaimers on the game boxes that the game may differ "slightly" from the arcade version. 

Atari did this kind of stuff all the time.

I'm gonna nitpick a little more.  At the 0:11 mark, Pac-Man eats a power pill and the ghosts all change direction and run away.  That does not happen in the Atari version.  They run away, but they have to turn the corner.  They're not able to do a 180 like that.

This one will always be my favorite. They false-advertised in this one too. They changed the sound effects to the ones from the arcade version.
