There's a serious imbalance in what you're proposing. Many people have suggested such a "trade" without realising that 95% of the work in a game is probably the coding. I've seen one or two graphics artists who are SO good that they manage to make this sort of thing work, but they're few and far between. But basically, your very first post AND an AOL email address to boot.... it's not gonna happen.
