Atari SC1435 Monitor

Hello

I got "power only otherwise untested" sc1435 monitor, and after hooking up there is no picture.

Power LED is solid green. Moved all knobs in front panel back and forth.

I opened a case to inspect, but there is no visual damage, however there was a very quiet noise something like cricket ( no cricket inside found ).

After a while, depends how long monitor was off cricket type noise change into constant buzzing and gets more and more quiet i can barely hear.

I am new to Atari ST and this is my first color monitor. Not easy to find one without dropping big $$$, so hopping maybe somebody can suggest someting

I suggest to bring it to some TV service. Someone older, who has practice with CRT technology.

Last time this happened to me, it was a dead tube.  I have a 1435 that I need to see if I can fix the cracked PCB where the video cable connects.  It also powers on, but I should try and fix it one of these days.  Would look cool hooked up to my VBXE upgraded 130XE.
