ChilePepper #1 Posted April 25, 2020 Hello again peoples. As you may be aware, I am still fairly new to this, and I have a question. How would I generate a random number, and store it as a variable? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
+Random Terrain #2 Posted April 25, 2020 You can usually find answers to simple questions by using the index on the bB page and scrolling down to the word you are looking for: randomterrain.com/atari-2600-memories-batari-basic-commands.html#index Scroll down the index until you see rand in the list, click on it and it will take you here: randomterrain.com/atari-2600-memories-batari-basic-commands.html#rand
ChilePepper #3 Posted April 25, 2020 Okay, I kinda forgot about the site. I'll look there more often when I need help with stuff. Thanks again.

The bB page is good for answering simple questions, but you'll still probably need to ask questions about more complicated things.
KevKelley #5 Posted April 26, 2020 I have an old laptop that I solely use for Atari programming and related stuff. I bookmarked Random Terrain's page and this forum and have them at the top of my browser so I can do a quick reference. I also flag threads that I find helpful in my understanding for future reference too.
