pixelpedant
Just a suggestion that people put text in their post describing the item in whatever way possible, so the content's findable for posterity. And when someone does an AtariAge search for some given obscure item, five years from now, they can find the picture. I originally didn't do this on my post, but it occurred to me I probably should, so I went back and edited.
Andrewmacattack
@INVISIBLE not sure what information you would like on the Texas Video card PHP1290, I do have manuals that came with it. The gentleman I brought it off, his uncle was part of the development team at Texas Instruments for this card.

Can you scan the manuals?
blackbox
Some of my little goodies- three joysticks from Arcade Hardware, Epyx 500XJ and Konix- the last two required a small adaptor to work with the TI99/4a, just changing the pins. Three rf modulators for PAL UHF 625 lines, PHA2035 and two PHA2036. and the little gadget that connects a module to the main board. s

Omega-TI
TEAC FD-235 3.5" Disk Drives (720K) These disk drives were popular replacements for the full height TI 5.25" Floppy Drive which was 90K with an unmodified TI Floppy Disk Controller. These drives could also work with a modified floppy disk controller working up to storing up to 360K each in in DSSD 80 track format. Disk drives became less popular over time due to "solid state" replacements of various methods.

Omega-TI
That Video Controller has been driving me nuts for hours now. I gotta learn more about it. 1) Is this a prototype or a pre-production model? 2) Did it require specialized software and hardware? If so, was it ever developed? 3) Does it have any practical application in our former analog, now digital world? I've never heard of this thing before and even with my failing memory, I think I'd remember a card such as this.... I think. I'd love to see more on the connectors... Omega-TI
... The only thing I could find on the internet about the video card (other than what's here) was only two sentences long... Broke down and used Google, found more NFO. << HERE >> I guess this would be useless to me as it requires a specific and compatible legacy VCR. Broke down and used Google, found more NFO. << HERE >> I guess this would be useless to me as it requires a specific and compatible legacy VCR. The Video Controller was in production--both as a sidecar (I have one) and as a PEB card (I'm still trying to get one). The important thing to note with these is that they had Class A FCC certification, which meant that they were not usable in a home environment (that reqiured Class B certification). A lot of school districts and businesses apparently had them, but very few actually survived. There are several different compatible VCRs (each with a special cable set) and at least one compatible Laser Disk player. Note also that the PEB version isn't complete unless it has a cable attached to the connector on the back that leads to a set of video connectors for the VCR cables to terminate to. These connector blocks are much harder to find than the cards are. . .
Omega-TI
Sadly, this thread has never lived up to my hopes or expectations. I know some users have some rare or neat stuff, and it would be nice to see some of these items "up close and personal". Come on guys, if ya got it, flaunt it! Without photos any claims to having something is all B.S.... right? So please, whether you have one item not yet appearing in the thread, or are a hoarder who claims to have everything, please share a pic. +InsaneMultitasker
I'll bite. Here's my original TI peb extender card. I have used this for testing/repairing peripheral cards since the 90s. It is currently serving to elevate the TIPI card (one card to rule them all?) I have come across only one other original extender card in the wild in the last 25+ years. ( @Ksarul made a run of extenders a few years back though I don't have a pic of that one on hand)
