Bees Touch Pad XEGS interface -

Recommended Posts

In a thread about the 1088XLD there was a discussion about reusing the XEGS keyboard.   I brought up induction sensors -  I decided to start a thread on my experiments.  I'm embedding both toggle and momentary inductors.  I have a repeatable design cutting MDF to 1/10th of an inch and a cut for the LED indicator.

Here is the HDMI Screen I'm using an a test frame.

The touch pad is a non mechanical switch being used for power and the function keys on the XEGS.   In my case in the monitor but it could also be embedded in the EXGS keyboard to replicate the function keys in the keyboard without cutting the case.

Thank you
