CybDyn and PSIO support - Not so good

I love the PSIO.  It's a fantastic device.  And, in the past, I've had good communications with and support from the folks at CybDyn.

 

But...  That is not really the case anymore.  I'm not sure what has happened over there, but their "Support Desk" has not proven helpful.

 

Anyone else having issues getting help?

Maybe things have changed in recent years, but when PSIO first came out they were absolutely wonderful when it came to customer support. I had no trouble coordinating with them to ship my system all the way over there, have it installed, and have it all shipped back. It was a flawless operation in every regard.
