What utilities should someone have on a boot disk and/or a utilities disk for general usage.  I remember UIS III as my always go-to, but that is the only one I remember.  Going to the essentials list, it looks like Fast Copy III is the copier to have, any other programs that one should readily have on hand?  Thanks!
