hey, i have seen alot of australian auctions on ebay and was curious about them before i bid on them. first and most important, are they usaly PAL games? i have no idea what the standard in australia is. and, are games pretty common to find there? there seems to be quite a bit of auctions from there. thanks

Yes, AU is PAL and some of the games that are ultra rare in NTSC can be found a lot easier over there in PAL format. For example, Ikari Warriors, Motorodeo, Bomb games and Spectravideo games.

Australia runs on PAL games so you'd most likely find them.

 

If you have a 50hz TV, you could play PAL games.

 

PAL games are usually more common than their NTSC counterparts. Not worth as much except in rare cases.
