mattsoft
Sold to patb1au. Thanks! Bought one of these several months ago and just don't use it. This is the Unamiga FPGA board that runs a derivation of the MIST Minimig Amiga AGA core. It simulates an Amiga 1200 with AGA graphics with 2MB chip and 24MB of fast. This version of the Unamiga is interesting -- it comes from Edu Arana and it's an Unamiga mounted on a breakout board that fits the Amiga 500 case. Basically, when mounted inside an Amiga 500 case, it turns your 500 into a Amiga 1200 with emulated floppy drives (complete with buzzer), emulated hard drives, built-in scan doubler (displays on a VGA monitor), and PS2 mouse/joystick ports. It also has a header for the Amiga 500 keyboard and good 'ol fashioned 9-pin "Atari" joysticks and Amiga mouse. More information about this board here: https://www.arananet.net/pedidos/product/unamiga-a500-header-compatible-with-a500-and-checkmate-1500-cases-pre-order/ This FPGA is pretty good, but it is no MiSTer. It runs a single core at a time, and loading a new core is not for noobs. But if you just want to convert/upgrade your Amiga 500 to an Amiga 1200 with scan-doubler and emulated HDD and FDD, this will do the trick. Plus you can sell your original A500 motherboard and cover the cost of the Unamiga. I'm selling the Unamiga mounted on the A500 breakout board with a North American power supply and the original included SD card with software. Amiga 500 case and keyboard is NOT included. Looking for $160 shipped in the US. Edited May 31, 2020 by mattsoft

Yeah, am constantly surprised at how many different projects like this come and go - all in the blink of an eye it seems!
