I think by E mail would be best to set up these events.

Submit your email then you get sent reminder and confirmation requests.

I hate email, and all that it stands for. It makes managers at work stupid. But, I hear ya... calendar integration with emails is what email is good for still.

My intention is a re-occuring regularly scheduled event, that doesn't require debate... Once the initial link is sent out, I believe the Zoom interface allows you to click a thing to subscribe to it in your calendars... I'll test some of that out...

Sorry Matt I am retired and have no WORK EMAIL.

I check Email every day a few times each day, may not even log into FACEBOOK or Atari Age some days.

You must be following zero inbox... At work I just don't even try to read email. I have my boss trained to tell me if there is some specific thing that needs my attention... But amongst my peers we all use chat.

It amazes me that I have to periodically delete 16000 pieces of 'important' email.

At home, email is for receipts... And registrations... And account recovery workflows.

This message is actually just junk. I am gratuitously bumping the thread to improve survey participation.

I have to take into account participant error.

The Sunday 3PM-5PM looks like the leading alternative right now. And I don't see why we can't do both the Saturday and the Sunday... Those who are super flexible like myself can participate in both...

The data isn't all in yet... I want to create opportunity

^^^^ Clearly influencing election results just like Putin.

HA!  And for selfish and personal reasons I assure you! ? Any time after 3PM on Saturday or Sunday is viable for me.  Before that, nope.  But honestly, I'm just one guy, and if works for more people at an earlier time, well it only makes sense to have it then.

It hasn't been mentioned in this thread, but what kind of frequency?  I would be more inclined to once a month.  Last weekend, someone brought up every couple of weeks.  Not sure, but something with at every 2 weeks may become excessive and run out of topics.  I'm one voice, but others may feel differently.

Why not weekly?  This way people could make it a habit of it and be less likely to forget.  No one would be forced to attend them all, but if they could drop by, there would be more opportunities to take advantage of.  As for topics, we could all be surprised at what develops... sometimes the excitement of a surprise can keep people coming back, or major presentations could be scheduled.  In the end, I'll be happy to just be able to peek in and see what's happening.
