+OLD CS1
I have a console here I got from @Toucan, with a manufacture date of 5183. This would be after the exit announcement. Do we know the actual last manufacture date for consoles?

+OLD CS1
@Schmitzi That is solely your inventory and not a comprehensive collection, correct? Those last seven would be the week following the exit announcement. I am curious, now, having stuck my head into the rabbit hole and bracing on all sides to prevent the fall, to know the very last production week. I suspect if I trawl around here in the various interviews and documents I could find it. Again, thoroughly suspended above the bottomless chasm; I refuse to drink or eat, irrespective of the attractive label on the rations. 1

+Ksarul
The last consoles made in the US were the ones TI made for Control Data. The last dates on those are in early May, 1984. I've got a couple of regular TI consoles made in March and early April too. 1
