TapperP #1 Posted June 26, 2020 FWIW my 130XE passes the memory test with all greens. So, I've tried loading a couple versions of Food Fight (i.e. the XEX from fandal) and the title screen looks OK, but the game screen has corrupt graphics (see photos). Other games are running great, i.e. the 128K version Bosconian etc. Any ideas what's happening and how to fix it?

_The Doctor__ #3 Posted June 26, 2020 (edited) what DOS? did you hold OPTION during boot to disable BASIC? some 130XE's don't have great console key response in their old age, did you go to the keyboard test and ensure option key works solidly? did you try to re download your image with right mouse save as.. sometimes a download can be corrupted or gets translated... attach your failed glitchy xex so we can check it for you Edited June 26, 2020 by _The Doctor__
TapperP #4 Posted June 26, 2020 Thank you for the replies! Holding Option to disable BASIC worked. Now the graphics look correct. I've only used an Atari 800 before so this is my first Atari with BASIC built-in. 🐵
