I have decided to get rid of these. - The 32K Sidecar has been used for a short time, but is as new as it was when I purchased it. - The TIPI Sideport has never been used.   Selling both as a package deal for $100 $70 + shipping (USA only).  SOLD!   Let me know if you are interested.
