I am a Wizard!!!

Well, I am. I finally got to the end of Sword of Saros last night and now I am a WIZARD!!!! What a totally tough game, but TONS of fun.

 

One question, before I beat it, I had like 3K in gold, but after I beat it my gold was reduced to 502. What is up with that crazy noise? Any explanation?

 

If you have never played this Starpath game, you are missing quite a rush. Its so good, I plan on playing it again, even though I have beat it.

So you reached the 5th level? IIRC, trying the doorways there will reduce the amount of gold you have each time you do.

Oh...and Wizard is the highest ranking you get. So take a break already and hang around for a bit

Oh, so trying the doors takes away gold, man that sucks, because the exit door was like WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY on the other side of the map and I had to try TONS of doors until I found it.

 

Oh well, at least the monsters are frozen on that level! All I can say is stock up on Crosses before you head for level 7.

Never played it.. But everytime I see a post like this where someone reports playing a game in depth that I never tried, it makes me want to play it!

I found sword of saros to be annoyingly difficult. Never could get past 3rd or 4th level. way to go stan! Fun game though, for sure.
