It's in pretty good condition, comes with the manual and the warranty registration card. The floppy itself looks immaculate (as though it's never been used). I don't have an Apple II+ (or any vintage Apple computer) to test this, but I picked it up years ago when coming across some Atari floppies. As such, I'm selling it AS-IS.
