You guys are really getting me in the mood to start collecting Atari 2600 games again. It's like a virus or something.

My uncle in Ohio still sees Atari 2600 games being sold by people, but in the state where I live (out in the middle of nowhere), I don't even think people know what an Atari 2600 is.

I wish someone would confirm or deny that there is a cart of this game floating around for it is like on of those urban legends that nearly everyone I have talked to claims they know someone who might have one only for the trail to go cold ;)

Yes, there is a Boulder Dash cartridge for the Atari 2600. It has been demonstrated and avilable to play on, for example, at the OKVG show last year. There is only one, though (apart from an early test-cart of an alpha version to prove that it worked) -- and the one cart used for showing at the show is under lock and key.

Cheers

DON"T LISTEN TO HIM!

He is the feller that came up with that "Red October" game that devastated so many people! ;)

Is it under lock and key cause the owner wants it that way or because of copyright issues?
