Super Breakout color hacks

I always hated the colors in the 2600 port. I attached one hack that mimics the arcade, one that mimics the 5200 version, and three I made up.

Love it! ..and would like to see b/w Noir, or greyscale, or bright neon.

And maybe something called sparkly where not only the lines change colors in realtime, but so do the individual bricks. Or change with every hit.

I have only been editing the color tables. They were fairly easy to find. I don’t plan to spend the time it would take to learn the actual code well enough to modify it.

Changing line colors during gameplay is probably possible but would require modifying the code. I don’t think coloring bricks individually is doable on the 2600.

I attached a grayscale version and a noir version. Ideally grayscale would be enabled on any other version via the B&W switch, but that also requires getting into the actual code.

There are other things that could be done in the code, such as using M0 instead of BL for the ball to avoid it changing color as it moves vertically (which is severe in the noir version).
