DragonGrafx-16
I just got a C64 Mini recommend me some games to add to it. I'll need to update it first but I got a 1GB Flash drive (which should fit a lot of games on it). I'm mostly into shoot 'em ups (which the Mini seems to only have a few). carlsson
We've had plenty of "favorite C64 games" threads before, but currently I'm unable to locate a single of those. There's always Lemon 64 Top 100, voted by its users. You can adjust "Number of votes" to get more or less obscure games in the list. https://www.lemon64.com/games/votes_list.php Besides those on the top list, I also like Delta (7.8), Salamander (8.1), perhaps Slap Fight (7.7) and Terra Cresta (7.7). Use Gamebase64 or C= 8bit Search to locate those games. The built-in selection is mostly due to which software houses the manufacturers could get in touch with to negotiate licenses at a reasonable cost. As you may have realized, it is heavily UK based, possibly due to the manufacturer is from the UK or perhaps that the former US companies to a greater degree have been swallowed by software giants not interested in licensing old IP. DragonGrafx-16
I got some games now but many have a crack screen that I can't seem to get past (even using a keyboard).
carlsson
Usually space or either of the fire buttons should get you past the cracker intro. Are you using a virtual onscreen keyboard or an USB one?

I hope they make one with Vic20 games too.
+sgrddy
Galencia is a superb shooter for the C64. It's only a $4.99 at itchio. It's seriously incredible.
