Working db9(not ps/2!) serial mouse

I'm looking for a cheap db9 serial mouse that is perfectly functional. Preferably 3 button, but 2 button works as well. I can also work with a ps/2 mouse if it comes with a ps/2 to db9 adapter. If it's an optical mouse it HAS to come with whatever pad that works well with the mouse. And please, nothing too dirty. When it comes to these mouses you never know what might be on em. Thanks in advance!

Bought this new old stock a couple years ago used it for maybe an hour tossed it in the pc parts bin (so it does have some tumbling in the drawer marks)

 

It was one of the do cheap o's BITD but it works (the pc I sold at that time got a decent logitech oem that I bought after this one got lost in the mail for a month)
