Expansion Module 1 Chips

Hi everyone!

 

I was wondering if there is anywhere to find replacement chips (RIOT, 6507 and TIA equivalent) for the Expansion 1? I know the unit is easy to find, but if I can possibly repair mine I would love to do that.
