IC Test Clips

Hello Ti Enthusiasts,

I have come into possession of IC Test Clips.

These were manufactured by Allied Electronics. (A Division of Tandy Corporation)

-Model TC-16

-Stock Number 617-0016

-Model TC-24

-Stock Number 617-0024

Almost all of them are still in the plastic "chest" case surrounded by grey foam.

Each header pin appears to be either gold or gold plated.

I have at least 6-8 of each.

Does anyone have a need for them for testing IC's?

Pictures to follow.

Always looking for good test clips.  What are you looking to get out of them?

Because I posted this in the main forum, they are free. Don't want to sell them as I cannot verify how well they work. Also selling them here and not in the buy/sell/trade would be .. uncomfortable [emoji16] . PM me an address and I will send 1 of each. Trying to spread them around to help out the next innovation.

Well Good News and Bad News. I found that I have not 2 kinds but 3 kinds

-Model TC-14

-Stock Number 617-0014

QTY

TC-24 - 5 -- (All Spoken For)

TC-16 - 7 -- (5 Spoken For)

TC-14 - 5 -- (All Spoken For)

I have 2 - TC-16 available

These are not the Allied but a similar model.

These are also sealed with what appears to be printed masking tape and what looks like a Price Tag from yesterdecade.

The printed tape reads:

TC-16 AP 923700

9500913700

I.C. Test Clip

Tool

10C6

Those who have already messaged me have their 3 Test Clips set aside.

If you have a desire for either of these final 2 please PM Me.

Cry your pardon, those who are waiting for these clips. The weekend was hard, and little rest was done. Family member contracted COVID. Not immediate family, but my Aunt. I will be sending them out this weekend.

Thank you kindly.

No problem, hope your Aunt recovers soon.

Take your time.  We will keep good thoughts for your Aunt.

No problem at all on timing--I understand the COVID problem from personal experience, as it cut nearly a month out of my life. It is one of the most unpleasant things I've ever had to deal with, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone.

My Aunt and Cousin have both said almost identical things about it. I am getting ready to head over to the Post Office now.
