cannot find a game

Hello,

 

I am searching for one old pc game and cannot find it anywhere. I dont remember the name but I remember the game was about space. There was aerial view of the spaceship that had a chain tied to it. player could move the spaceship with mouse and it would tie the chain to asteroids and rocks in space and drag them around. by dragging them it would hit enemy ships and destroy them. 

Does anyone by chance know the name of this game?
