What game was this?

I normally do not need to do this, but I need some help here...

 

Just tested out my TV Boy and played a game I have seen before, but do not know the name of. I played it when I was a kid, so I know it was a US release.

 

The game had a few different parallel levels, with staggered ladders, and you had to collect hearts. Your player was sort of fat, and the top "monster" had really skinny legs.

 

Any ideas? Most of you guys will know, I am sure. Just can't remember when/how/what I played. Thanks in advance,

Thats it. I even remember that it was a different label than the other's my friend had.

 

Very good. Looks like I'll be looking for a boxed one in Vegas!
