WTB: Atari 2600 TIA chip for $20 shipped

Recommended Posts

Hey All,

I'm looking to buy a TIA chip to replace one that is failing.

I'd like to keep it down to $20 shipped. It can be sent letter mail

in a bubbleope as I don't care if it takes a little longer to arrive

versus the costs to have it sent parcel mail. I'm in Canada but

even sending from the USA it will only be a few bucks in stamps

as I've had many chips sent to me this way in the past :)

Thanks,

Shawn

Hi,

I have it, but how do I know if it works? I need to check shipping cost, so can you give your zip code?

It attach to the motherboard.

You would have to desoloder it if it's not socketed so unless you are familiar with that it might be more work than it's worth to you. Thanks so much for the offer none the less.

Hi,

Would you be interested in the whole motherboard? It even as the metal top on the chip, don't have a picture of that one.

Bobby,

If you could just take the TIA out of the socket on this board and send just the chip that would be great.

It's in a socket so it could be easily removed :) I've put a red square around the chip I need.
