adam computer kit

Found this thing on ebay:

At first i think that the guy was selling a bunch of adam parts.

But there is included old printed instructions on how to assemble the "kit".

Does coleco sold this as computer kits ?, never heard about this.

Cool, but I don't think this was a "Coleco" thing, I didn't see anything "official" in those assembly instructions, they literally look like a .txt file printed out.  Very curious what the origin of this was, I would have thought eColeco bought up any spare Adam parts.

Numerous ADAM mail-order companies bought up stock from the great CV and ADAM sell off and this could have been packaged up by one of any number of them... Alpha-1, M.W. Ruth Co., ADAM’s House (eColeco), NIAD, etc., etc.

 

There were numerous main stream mail-order companies and some electronics resellers (Radio Shack) that bought stock as well.

 

Never saw instructions like that, so no idea where this package came from. Anyway, overpriced!
