Move threads to subforum?

What needs to be done to allow me to move qualified threads into the new TMS9900x Tomy Tutor subforum (See TI-99/4a computers)  or at least tag them accordingly so they can be moved by a moderator.

 

I’m not a moderator, but did volunteer with Albert for moving topics when I requested the new subforum.

I've used the "report post" link before to ask mods to move certain topics at times.
