Coleco ADAM Black Screen Issue

Hi, I have an ADAM that is standalone, but I have a stupid black screen, so any ideas how can I get this thing working again?

I don't know if this helps but I had a coleco adam with an internal power mod that went black screen and humming and it turned out to be on the internal power mod a wire was not soldered correctly and shorting out. I hope this helps.

Basically, this is the ADAM I bought with the pre-installed power supply mod.
