Hydro Thunder
Just throwing in my personal recommendation for RetroGameBoyz stuff. I bought one of their Joysticks for 5200, and it has impressed and surprised me at every turn. Even though it's small, it holds its place tight, feels very solid. The LED buttons are terrific, the joystick itself feels weighty and accurate, not cheap. Really good communication too, we exchanged several emails back and forth just talking about the 5200. I am planning on getting a similar item for 7800 / 2600 from them. And would definitely consider their Robotron dual stick pads for 7800.
