Are there any English language forums for using, rebuilding, etc. of batteries -- especially 18650 battery packs? There are quite a few videos on YouTube that are helpful. But I did not find any forums in a few searches online. I have rebuilt a few laptop packs that worked (and didn't burn up!), but I'd be interested in getting a spot welder, etc to do the job right.
