yes, Cpuwiz was right, this is small box of Room of Doom, that is NTSC small box. Understand that PAL Room of Doom have tall box.

I think maybe mostly of Atari collectors are going and attending to Las Vegas for Classic Gaming Expo. They are saving up $$$$ for CGE and they dont want to spent any money on Ebay this week

Or maybe the value isn't as high as you thought with the reserve you set. I'm not saying that as an insult, but as a thing I've noticed lately in general - people who set high reserves on even semi-rare Atari items more often than not end with the auction closed and the item unsold.

The condition of the cart lable might be a little rough for some, but just having the box and instructions should have tempted a few. If I didnt have one CIB Perfect allready I would have BIN. You are right being so close to vegas, might have some people saving there money. Only one day to go. See you all there.
