+dhe
What's the current best way to hook up a Geneve to a VGA Monitor? Thanks, Dan
+mizapf
The easiest way would be to have a TV with SCART input (e.g. I have a Samsung LE19B450). For a VGA monitor you need a 15 kHz scanline doubler, as far as I know.
GDMike
Shift838 makes an adapter that you may want to look into.

Thanks, Dan How I have mine hooked up is using: 1 x Geneve Video to DB9 adapter : HERE 1 x VGAGBS Genie : HERE (GBS8200 not included/case not included) I use a standard straight through DB9 cable then using the VGAGBS Genie v2.0 hooked up to a GBS8200 and out through a standard VGA cable to a newer monitor. I can make a all in one plug and play kit which will include everything but the VGA cable, (CASE, Power supply, GBS8200, Geneve Video to DB9 adapter, and VGAGBS Genie v2.0, DB9 straight cable)for you, just PM me.
