I wonder where the problem is... the emulator? The digital-to-analog conversion code that was added? The controller potentiometer inside the console? Yeah, it’s a more exacting game than I remembered! I just tried a few rounds on both the 5200 and a 800XL and there really wasn’t much difference. The big difference was my lack of skills compared to when I played this game a whole lot in the mid 80s. I did get past that third screen, but not much further.
