Apparently you can up the Video RAM and memory speed.  I just wasn't brave enough to dig deeper into the bios settings.

Ha, as has been stated, there is 'BIOS allocated memory dedicated to VRAM' and 'Windows allocates part of the system memory to video ram as needed'  I'm not sure which one of those that is happening there, but I'm guessing with 13gb it's the latter, as the options are generally 2, 4, 6, 8, 16, etc.  (or lower than 2, but why would you do that?)  I still want to know what GTT stands for in radeontop, as it seems to be 3gb if at default of 2gb vram, but now that I bumped it up to 6gb of vram, it's set to 6gb as well.

 

What program is that?  Don't think I've ever seen it.
