looking for basic programming inst.

Well, I scored the box, cart, (text) and overlays of basic programming on ebay...(mainly for the overlays and box) and now I'm looking for the instructions......the original ones...(I have the grey box version complete, but I really am after the first version of the book). Anyone have one for sale? Also, for some reason, my keyboard controllers have vanished off the face of the earth, so I guess I need to find a new pair of those as well....let me know!
