+Lathe26
Recently picked up a press release version of The Dreadnaught Factor. While awesome, it is not a ROM variant. The has the same ROM code as the commercial version

+cmart604
Just now, Lathe26 said: Cool! Have any of those been dumped to compare to the normal versions? I don't think I've brought them all to PRGE. I'm pretty sure Luc will offer to do it once he sees this post. Lol.

You see there's the problem right there. Luc led with the tasteful nudity. 1

mr_me
It looks like a regular mask rom as opposed to an eprom you might expect in a prototype cartridge like League of light or robot rubble.

Intvfun
I had several of these. One system I bought had 3 of them. I talked with the seller a bit about them. She said a relative worked at Activision. I think it was her Mom. What she remembers was if you worked there you could sign them out and take them home to try out. They were considered Activision property and could be requested their return at anytime. But no actual time limits on how long you could keep them. Plus you couldn't sell or give them away. At least that's how she remembers it.
