7800Knight
For my PS1, I knew the console more for its RPGs (Final Fantasy), Tomb Raider, arcade collections and various platformers. Imagine my shock when I learned that point-and-click adventure games were released for the PS1! I always saw stuff like King's Quest, Space Quest, Leisure Suit Larry, etc for the home computer market as opposed to the console market. Anyway, Blazing Dragons on the PS1 has my interest as I've watched part of a playthrough on YouTube of the game; its sense of humor reminds me a lot of Sam & Max and Freddy Pharkas. I want to grab a copy of it. I also learned of Discworld by watching the first few minutes of a playthrough. Besides Discworld and Blazing Dragons, can anyone else recommend more point-and-click adventure games for PS1?
youxia
Policenauts is one of the better known ones. Sometimes I also like to play Dracula, it looks good on a CRT
newtmonkey
It doesn't have a point-and-click interface, but Echo Night basically fits the bill. Clock Tower has a point-and-click interface (it even supports the mouse) and is like survival horror (running/hiding from a killer) mixed with an adventure (gathering information, exploring, and finding/using items).
