This update is exclusive for Harmony Encore cartridge?.
How do I know if my Harmony cartridge is the Encore or Basic version?
What would happen upgrade the firmware without knowing it?

So why is it indicated that the BIOS is NTSC if the Harmony works normally in a PAL console with 'PAL' roms ?

Because the Harmony menu displayed on screen is in NTSC format.

Everything is fine then, the NTSC menu is displayed very well on a PAL console since the PAL60 standard is supported, even if the MENU colors are truncated who cares.
