Could this be the video chip?

I want to fix this Atari.  It was working fine but suddenly it does this with some known working carts.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

For some reason the video doesn't work for me. Shows 13 seconds long and the bar plays for that long but no video is displayed. (Using Firefox)

The same here, but Chrome shows a link to video and it is possible to open

Sorry guys.  Here’s some pics.  Notice in Bezerk, a invisible robot is firing.  Space invaders is perfect.

My suspicion is the 6532 RIOT chip but it could be any of the three (TIA, RIOT, 6507). If you have another 2600 from the same region (NTSC or PAL), you could try swapping TIA first to see if that's the problem. 6507 and RIOT are the same across all models regardless of where in the world it was originally sold.
