Damn me and my big mouth! :-D Well, it would be unfair to steal from you (or the printing company, perhaps).

You should have taken advantage of the hidden promotion :P

The printing company never loses. And a few dollars between friends is nothing ;)

Just ordered the book on Lulu, it looks like it will be a good one.

I also picked up Mapping The Vic for the Commodore Vic 20..  Lulu has been great to get out of print commodore vic / 64 books at reasonable prices!

Wow! Didn't knew about these out of print books. Thanks for the tip!

Just an FYI for anyone looking for out of print commodore books on Lulu, most show up just fine on the website however a few of them can only be reached through a google search to the link at Lulu, not sure why that is, but it is what it is..

Here is a great example..

My favorite Vic 20 Programming book that seems hopelessly out of print everywhere..  Programming the Vic by West

https://www.lulu.com/en/us/shop/raeto-collin-west/programming-the-vic/paperback/product-1wk5d9rg.html?page=1&pageSize=4

That link came from a google search... Programming the vic lulu   ... which yielded this link.. however you cannot find that book on Lulu's site.. the link however is real and I ordered from it and I love that book and just might be the best Assembly / BASIC complete book for the Vic 20.

Just an FYI for anyone thinking of using Lulu, try adding lulu to the end of your google search to see if Lulu may have your book you are looking for at their site but cannot find.

Regarding those reprinted books, I wonder if they have obtained rights from the original author/publisher or are operating beneath the radar. The later may explain why some titles can not be found by the official search engine, only through the means that Google and others have traversed the site and "secret" links.

Glad to say that some days ago I've broke the one hundred books sold :)

Congrats.....I've been trying to get other people to buy it.  I've been trying to get my childhood friend (who introduced me to the Intellivision in the first place) into this. He is an art major, so I am hoping to get some help on the graphics department.

The second book is really paying off for me, it is filling in some blanks that I didn't quite get in the first book.

I've been quite on progress on my latest game but it doesn't mean I have no been busy. This is the furthest I've come along on a game so far. I'm hoping to actually have a playable beta in the next couple of weeks.  I am really hoping for some feedback and constructive criticism from the group.

Excellent! That's exactly the objective of the book.

thanks.

My original game, Marathon Quest, is just too big in scope for me to tackle now. So, I'm working on a port of an old coin-op just to get a fully fleshed out game done to learn the code and how to work within the IntyBasic framework.

Your chapter on Pumpkin Master enemy waves code in very useful for this game.  ;)
