Videosoft games?

What is this on eBay? Three Atari 2600 games that seem to be homebrews of some sort, but I've never seen these before. They say "Videosoft" but I've never heard of that name before.

If I remember right, Digtal Press had the permission from Jerry Lawson to release all six games.

UNRELEASED games from back in the day most complete or close to complete. Gooddealgames.com has 5 of the 6 in stock at normal prices, only haunted house is sold out I believe

IIRC even the complete ones are lacking quite a bit of depth/gameplay. I think one of them was kind of fun but it's been awhile. Don't quote me one this, I'm not entirely sure, but if memory serves all 6 of these titles were supposed to be released as mini games on one cartridge through Amiga...(?)

I believe you are correct about the amiga minigames. I have 4 of the 6 that were released. Ghost Attack (not haunted house) and havoc 3d are close to complete but one has a level that's present but not really playable and havoc recycles once you get to a certain point. Atom smasher and genesis 3d appear to be complete and are very playable. They are simple but that's the joy of the 2600, simple pick up and play
