WTB Mayflash PC049 Dreamcast Controller to USB adapter

I'm looking to purchase a Mayflash PC049 adapter that lets you connect your Sega Dreamcast controller to a USB port.  No packaging needed, just the adapter.    It is the one featured here:

November 2021 Update:  Since googling "Mayflash PC049 adapter" brings up this message on the search engine, for anyone else looking to find a way to use the Dreamcast controller on their PC via USB, I've had good luck with the Raphnet Dreamcast to USB adapter here:  https://www.raphnet-tech.com/products/dreamcast_usb_adapter/index.php     

 

No sign of Mayflash PC049 anywhere..
