Kiwi Posted April 29, 2021 Share Posted April 29, 2021 (edited) I'm just guessing. Upscale(reencode) the original captured video to 1280x720p. Apply left and right black border to keep the aspect video the same while keeping the video 1280x720 size. Then encode it and upload it to youtube. Then it should have 720p60 option available on youtube with the highest pixel quality. I believe it can be done with Virtual Dub.
