And that means going over 1 GB size - no place for latest game adaptations, plus is good to have some extra space for oncoming ones, state saves .. 1GB image was because people who have old type hard disk adapters (like what is in Mega STE), with 1 GB limit. And to see how much can put in that space. Plus, needed some new DLL like files for iTOS and older game adapts. New image is 1.6 GB size, so there is space for all it and future things, or users can decide what to copy there. It should be ready in next days.
