Sonic and other Atari 2600 roms don't work

Hi.  Great to see new games coming out for Atari 2600.

Zippy the Porcupine 64k and some 32k roms do not work on z26 and Stella. Black screen. 

I have old versions of emulators and win98se.

Mario Princess Rescue works. Many new games work so why this error?
