Duttroid
Hello I got a very disgusting Intellivision console a couple months ago. It was listed as "for parts/not working." It was caked in fine dust, the controller buttons disintegrated, and probably had a bunch of other unfavorable characteristics. I cleaned it, reconnected the Main PCB and Power supply PCB with new wire, recapped and replaced the transistors. It works amazingly well. I returned to modify it to work with my System Changer a few nights ago but noticed that R23 and R24 don't exist - there's just a long trace beneath the RF modulator. There are some other noticeable differences on the main PCB layout. Also, hex-head screws are used to secure the internals instead of Philips pan-head screws. I found this interesting. Is this interesting? Also, should I attempt to modify it for System Changer use, and just ignore the part about removing R23/24? Thanks in advance.
mr_me
It's an early model, first half of 1980, made in USA. What's the serial number?
