barry.peterson Posted May 13, 2021 Share Posted May 13, 2021 NEC drive has two part numbers. FD1138H is the drive itself with a 26-pin connector. What I have is FD5138H which adds an adapter to 5¼" mount, standard 34-pin edge connector and jumpers for DX0-3 (drive select). There are a couple of chips broken from the upper corners which don't affect operation.
